Keep a journal and write down what you think caused your trigger and every detail of how you feel and your bodies reactions when you have a flashback or self harming thoughts, even nightmares and more. I started doing that yesterday and I just found out one of my triggers today.
that tight feeling in your chest preceding a panic attack is the most disgusting feeling i can name.
the anxiety is literally eating you from the inside out, sucking your flesh with each gasp for air you take.
you start to feel hollow, but overstuffed all at once. starving, but full.
disgusting.
disgusting.
disgusting.
